I made this tonight for a snack and it is really yummy. The only thing I did different than the recipe is I used some salad topping that I bought at Walmarts instead of cranberries and pecans. It is called Salad Pizzazz Cherry-Cranberry Pecano “gourmet salad topping”. Comes in a bag on an endcap near the vegetable and lettuce. Ingredients:
- 4 oz. softened cream cheese
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped toasted pecans
- 2 tbsp. chopped dried cranberries
- Celery stalks
- Cracked black pepper
Directions:
1. Combine cheeses, pecans and cranberries. Spread on celery; top with cracked pepper.
Looks yummy - I think I'll make some!
